About
The lineup is cohesive and full of character, with suits like shark, dalmatian, rabbit, monkey, frog, lion, and arctic fox, among others. Most figures use molded helmets or masks with well-sculpted ears, snouts, and manes, several include dual-molded arms and legs plus side leg printing, and alternate facial expressions help with photography. Accessories amplify the visual gag. For AFOLs, this series shines in parts reuse, from unique ears or tails to neutral torsos that do not scream “themed” when swapped, and bright colors that pop in stands or dioramas. The only drawback is the cardboard packaging, which makes completing a full set harder without trading, and as usual there are one or two gag figures that are less versatile. Overall, Series 28 is strong and consistent, excellent for fans of expressive minifigures and for injecting humor into displays.
So…

Series 28 nails what CMF does best, bold characters, great new molds and prints, and fun accessories that spark ideas for displays. If you enjoy animal suits or want expressive parts for MOCs, it is an easy recommend. The cardboard boxes make completing a full set trickier, so budget for trades or a full case if you are a completionist, otherwise pick your favorites and you will be delighted.
