This is one of those NINJAGO vehicles with a very specific energy. The Titanium Ninja Tumbler feels like a small futuristic tank, sturdy, compact, and ready to roll into battle. The mix of white, translucent blue, grey, and gold details works really well for Zane, giving the vehicle that technological and icy identity that fits the character perfectly. The build isn’t huge, but it has a lot of presence for 342 pieces. The four rubber tires help give it that armored vehicle feel, and the low front makes it look ready to charge straight at the Nindroids. It’s a simple build, but a very effective one, the kind where you immediately understand its purpose: chase, attack, and capture. In terms of functions, the set is very complete. The cockpit opens to fit Zane, there are 2 hidden spring-loaded missiles, 2 stud shooters, a detachable prison to capture a Nindroid, and even a small detachable flyer for Zane, with golden blades. For a set of this size, there is a lot of play value and plenty of ways to create action. In my case, I bought the set used, and the stickers were already applied. Luckily, they were placed well, because on a vehicle like this the stickers really help complete the technological look and add extra detail to the surfaces. Still, when buying used, this is always something worth checking, because badly placed or worn stickers can affect the final look of the model quite a lot.
Overall, it’s a vehicle that has aged well. It isn’t the biggest or most impressive Zane vehicle, but it has charm, good functions, and that classic 2016 NINJAGO feeling.
Minifigure review
The set includes 3 minifigures: Zane and 2 Nindroids. It’s a simple lineup, but it works really well for the concept of the box, because you immediately get the hero, the enemies, and the capture vehicle. Zane is naturally the highlight. This version fits the Titanium Ninja Tumbler really well, especially because of the visual connection between the character and the vehicle. The white and cooler tones make everything feel like it belongs together. The 2 Nindroids are a good inclusion, because they give the set immediate conflict. They also come with interesting accessories, including a brick-built jetpack, a stud shooter, and a Techno-Blade, which helps make the battle feel more balanced instead of relying only on the main vehicle.
It’s not the rarest or most impressive NINJAGO lineup, but it is very functional. For a small-to-medium set, getting two enemy figures is always a positive, especially because it lets you create a complete little scene straight out of the box.

Titanium Ninja Tumbler is a very solid NINJAGO set from the Day of the Departed era. It has a compact vehicle, good functions, a strong Zane aesthetic, and a simple but effective minifigure lineup. The cockpit, shooters, hidden missiles, detachable prison, and flyer give the set a lot of play value for its size. As a display piece, it also works well, especially in a Zane-focused collection or alongside classic NINJAGO vehicles. When buying it used, it’s definitely worth checking the condition of the stickers, because they make a big difference to the final look. In my case, they were already applied and nicely placed, so that was a good surprise. It’s not a giant set or a must-have for everyone, but for Zane fans and classic NINJAGO collectors, it has a lot of charm and I love it!
