The 4th edition of Brickmarket took me back to Baguim do Monte, Gondomar — the place where I first attended the event. This was my third visit to the market, once again packed with shops, even more activities, and lots of LEGO fans sharing their love for the bricks!
The event is always free to enter and welcomes visitors of all ages to explore the world of LEGO.
At this Brickmarket, I picked up the LEGO Ninjago Quake and the LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari 499p, both at very reasonable negotiated prices. I also visited the stands of GStuds, EuroBrickMarket, Miniversos, and other shops well known to the Portuguese LEGO community.
Huge congratulations to the Brickmarket organisers: excellent job with logistics, parking, and the variety of offers at the event. From acrylic display stands for our sets to F1 races for the little ones, well-known names among regular LEGO buyers, and new stores to discover — there was a bit of everything!
I went early in the morning to make the most of it and take my time exploring, knowing the market would attract a large crowd.
Let’s hope more initiatives like this keep popping up in our country — they’re much needed and absolutely worth it!
