Experience
Mini Chef is the official restaurant inside LEGO House — and it’s an experience in itself. It’s fully immersive, where ordering your meal is as fun and creative as building with LEGO. Guests put together their orders using colorful LEGO bricks that represent different dishes — literally building their menu. Each table has a touchscreen where animated minifigure chefs guide you through the process. Once your order is placed, it’s sent to the kitchen… and your meal arrives inside giant LEGO brick-shaped boxes, delivered by two charming robot chefs: Robert and Roberta.
The restaurant is filled with LEGO sets to admire while you wait, and although it’s a playful atmosphere, the food is actually great — with something for every taste.
There’s a fixed price per person (drinks not included), and reservations are required.
During our visit to LEGO House, lunch at the iconic Mini Chef was a must. The whole concept is absolutely brilliant — everything is personalized and thoughtfully designed. We built our order using LEGO pieces, placed it on the table’s tablet, and watched the little minifigure chefs “cook” our meal through a fun animation. It made us even more excited for what was coming. Then came the stars of the show — the robot chefs Robert and Roberta — delivering our food in giant brick-shaped boxes. That alone made it worth it, but honestly, the food was really good too! It wasn’t just a gimmick — it was tasty, well presented, and the setting made it even better. The whole space is surrounded by awesome LEGO sets, which makes the wait enjoyable (not that it takes long). Pricing is fixed per person, drinks are extra, and yes — it’s totally worth it. But you definitely need to book in advance, because it fills up quickly.
Out of everything we experienced, Mini Chef was one of the most surprising and memorable moments of our trip — playful, delicious, and 100% LEGO.
